1、齐齐哈尔大学毕业设计（论文）用纸I摘要随着塑料工业的发展，塑料注射模已经成为制造塑料制品的主要手段之一。本文主要介绍了塑料注射模设计的方法及过程。首先，介绍了塑料注射模设计与制造在社会发展过程中所处的地位和作用，并对塑料制品（汽车烟灰缸盖）的结构进行了分析和适当的修改，然后介绍了塑料注射模具的具体设计过程。具体设计内容包括：注射机型号的选择、分型面的确定、抽芯机构及顶出机构设计、成型零部件的设计、浇注系统、冷却系统和复位系统的设计，此外，还对塑料注射模其他零部件进行了简单的设计。最后阐述了完成此次设计之后的心得，并对以后的模具设计思路提出了自己的见解和看法。关键词：注射模设计 模具 塑料齐齐哈
