3、e size and the titanate coupling agent(NDZ-101) content were been examined. The results showed that the tensile modules of elasticity increased from 1535.72MPa to 1670.92MPa, while the tensile strength decreased from 23.09MPa to 21.9MPa with the pine powder content from 30 shares to 60 shares (phr m

4、ethod).The tensile modules of elasticity rise from 1310.68MPa to 1398.23MPa, while the tensile strength decrease from 23.66MPa to 21.81 M Pa with the content of rice husk powder from 30 shares to 60 shares. Whether the pine powder or rice husk powder used as filler, the tensile elongation at break o

5、f the composites dropped slightly less than 1%, meanwhile pine powder size from150 pm to 315 pm did not affect the tensile strength of composites, all about in the vicinity of 24MPa. When the amount of titanate coupler was 1.5 (Phr method), the stretching integrated performance was best. With adding

6、 the same amount of pine powder or rice husk powder, rice husk powder/PVC composites are more plastic, but pine powder/PVC composites are more rigid.KAYWORDS PVC Composites Mechanical Properties Stress Strain1. IntroductionWPC (Wood-Plastic Composites, short for WPC) are used useless wood fiber (i.e

7、. sawdust, bamboo powder, rice husk, crop straw, etc.) as reinforcement or filler, used thermoplastics and their recycling as the basic material, according to a certain percentage of hybrid, and added a special agent, high temperatures, extrusion, molding process to make the new materials. They have

8、 a widely use. WPC both has wood and plastic dual performance, the integrated performance is better 1. PVC-based composites are not only mothproof, anti-bacterial, flame-retardant, good mechanical properties, but also environmental materials, which have some characteristics, rich raw materials in lo

9、w-cost, recyclable, reducing environmental pollution, the protection of forest resources 2. Overseas researchers had researched the wood/plastic composite in-depth3-6; In recent years, Chinese people have also stepped up research in wood fiber/ PE, PP or PVC8-10 .but the emphasis are different. 10、e are a number of factors influenced on the wood-plastic Composites,such as wood fiber types and content, the type and content of coupling agent 11-12, wood fiber size13both of compatibility 14-17,test temperature and humidity and so on. This paper mainly investigated the influence of various wood f

Experiments2.1 Experimental materialsVirgin PVC( QS-IOOOF) resin were purchased from Guangzhou Plastic Industrial Corporation Ltd. Pine powder were obtained from Guangzhou wood factory. Rice husk were o

12、btained from College of Agriculture test site rice mill, South China 4Agricultural University. All pine powder and rice husk obtained were milled to pass through four screen, included 40, 60, 80, 100 meshes. Titanate coupler(NDZ-101) were purchased from Guangzhou Yaxin Trade Ltd; Rare Earth Stabiliz

13、er (GS-21 E) were provided by Guangdong Guangyang Hi-tech Co,Ltd.
