3、e provide you with this Installation and Maintenance Manual to keep the rubber lined equipment in good condition and ensure its service life. 1、 衬胶设备严禁电焊、氧焊施工及在室外高温暴晒，如果不能避免电焊、氧焊作业时，需采取特殊防护措施，方可施工。It is prohibited to carry out electric welding and oxygen welding on the rubber lined equipment and exp
4、ose it to direct sunlight under high temperature condition. If electric welding or oxygen welding is necessary, special protection measure shall be taken before the operation.2、 在衬胶设备上安装、检查时必须穿软底鞋，并应防止梯子、脚手架及其它工具或硬物刮碰衬胶层。It is a must to wear shoes with soft bottoms when installing or checking up on
5、the rubber lined equipment and to prevent ladder, scaffold, other tools or hard objects from scraping the rubber lining layer. 3、 衬胶设备要轻装轻放，严禁粗暴作业，防止剧烈震动、敲击与刮擦。吊装时，使用吊绳定位起吊，不得与衬胶面接触，需要具备隔离防护，不得使设备产生局部变形而导致橡胶层损坏，起吊工具不得碰伤衬里层，对外部衬胶的设备应采用软绳吊装，以防止损坏衬胶面。The rubber lined equipment shall be loaded and laid
6、down carefully and it is prohibited to handle it violently to avoid strenuous vibration, knock and scrape. During the hoisting, it shall be positioned and hoisted with hoist cables. The isolation protection measure shall be taken and the rubber lined surface shall not be touched. The equipment shall
7、 not be partially deformed, which will cause the damage to the rubber layer. The hoisting tools shall not damage the lining layer. As to the equipment externally lined with rubber, soft cable shall be adopted for hoisting to avoid any damage to the rubber lined surface. 4、 衬胶设备在运输和储存过程中，不得盛装与本衬里设备不相
8、符的腐蚀介质。During the transportation and storage of the rubber lined equipment, corrosive media incompatible to the rubber lined equipment shall not be loaded. 5、 衬胶制品在低于-5的温度下运输时，要采取必要措施以防衬里层强烈震动而产湖北华宁防腐技术股份有限公司Hubei Huaning Anticorrosion Technic Share Co., Ltd. 生裂纹。During the transportation of rubber
9、lined product at the temperature below -5, the measures necessary to prevent strenuous vibration shall be taken to avoid any crack may be caused by strong vibration of the lining layer.6、 内外全衬的设备在安装时，对法兰螺栓孔、连接孔、配合面、多孔板等部位，如发现余量不够时，请改用螺栓型号或将这些部位用锉刀或砂轮机处理，严禁将衬里层破坏。When installing the equipment with in
10、ternal and external lining, as to the hole of flange bolt, connecting hole, matching face and porous plate, if the residue quantity is not enough, please use the bolt of another model or treat these parts with file or grinder and it is prohibited to damage the lining layer. 7、 运输吊装时，要采取适当措施对设备的接管、法兰
11、等处加以必要保护，以免损伤衬胶部位。During the transportation and hoisting, the measures necessary to protect the connecting pipe and flange shall be taken to avoid any damage to the rubber lined parts. 8、 衬胶设备衬里层被损坏后，必须由专业人员修复，修复确认合格后方可使用。If the lining layer of the equipment is damaged, it must be repaired by profes
12、sional worker and it only can be put into service after the repair is confirmed to be acceptable. 9、 衬胶设备在进行电火花检测时，检测电压为 3000 伏/。During the electric spark test, the test voltage shall be 3000V/mm.10、 衬胶管件在运输过程应采用合理的装载加固措施，以防止衬里层不受挤压碰撞。Proper loading and fixing measures shall be taken in the transpor
13、tation of rubber lined pipe fittings to avoid any pressing on and collision of the lining layer. 11、 衬里设备在投入使用前，用户应在尽量缩短保管期。The user shall keep the rubber lined equipment in a period as short as possible before it is put into service. 12、 衬里设备在现场安装施工过程中，应尽量避免与其它项目交叉作业，特别是现场湖北华宁防腐技术股份有限公司Hubei Huaning Anticorrosion Technic Share Co., Ltd. 动火作业。During the installation of the rubber lined equipment, the construction of other project shall be avoided on the site, especially fire work.
