Among the six main reasons, related internship experience is the most influential factor which is as high as 30%. And then,
15、 having specific career objectives and excellent interview skills rank the second and the third, accounting for 25% and 15% respectively. Graduating from prestigious university and majoring in fields with good career prospects tie for the fourth place,12%. Surprisingly, having a good academic perfor
16、mance contributes the least, only 6%. It is apparent from the chart that graduates with internship experience are more likely to land a job than those without.
