9、商质量声明：1.1 Supplier Quality Base Requirements:供应商质量基本要求：1.1.1 （ From General Terms and Conditions ）Seller agrees to participate in Buyers supplier quality and development program(s) and to comply with all quality requirements and procedures specified by Buyer, as revised from time to time, including
10、those applicable to Seller as set forth in Quality System Requirements TS-16949. In addition, Buyer shall have the right to enter Sellers facility at reasonable times to inspect the facility, goods, materials and any property of Buyer covered by this contract. Buyers inspection of the goods whether
11、during manufacture, prior to delivery or within a reasonable time after delivery, shall not constitute acceptance of any work-in-process or finished goods.（来自一般条款）供应商应同意买方制定的供应商质量和开发程序并遵守买方列出的所有质量要求和程序(会适时修订)， 以及TS16949 质量体系提出的对供应商适用的要求. 除此之外，买方有权随时进入供应商的设施来检查设备，产品，材料和合同规定的英纳法 所有物。无论在制造期间，发运之前还是在发运后

Effectiveness of the heat treating processes, the plating processes and the coating processes shall be demonstrated using the CQI-9 Heat Treat Sy
