2、环境；加快综合物流中心的建设，即提高物流综合效益的核心。其中重点介绍了零库存管理方法。并以，来说明采用适合企业自身的库存管理方法以达到降低企业库存成本，提高工作流程的效率，为企业挖掘更大利润，实现企业和社会资源充分利用的效果。论文的主体共分为三大部分，按照“提出问题、分析问题、解决问题”的论述方式，理论与实际相结合，对东风汽车有限公司的供应链库存管理问题进行研究。第一部分从库存管理概论、库存管理的作用、库存管理的主要形式 3 个方面介绍了供应链库存管理理论概述，对库存管理理论进行了一个简单概述。第二部分对我国企业库存中出现的主要问题，从我国企业供应链库存的特点予以分析，对我国企业库存中出现问题
