2、 convey different meanings (Baker). We list false friends here for the purpose o
3、f attaching enough attention to them. Most of the false friends are not easy to recognize and will easily be translated into their literal meaning. This requires the translator to command a large amount of knowledge and keep alert in translating, especially when there are awkward connections between
