1、桂林电子科技大学毕业论文- I -城市化进程中的城市公共安全问题研究摘 要随着经济社会发展和城市化的加速, 城市在经济社会发展中的地位日益突出。与此同时, 对城市管理的要求也越来越高 , 面临的挑战和困难也越来越多。其中, 在城市面临的诸多挑战中, 最为突出的问题之一即为城市公共安全问题。因此, 加强对城市公共安全问题的研究, 创新性地提出城市公共安全评价模型, 是提高城市安全管理水平和质量的有力保障。城市公共安全是城市可持续发展的重要保障，维护城市公共安全是城市政府的重要职责。随着社会的进步和城市化进程的加快，大量人口涌入城市，在为城市发展注入活力的同时，也给城市公共安全带来巨大压力。城市规
2、划是政府保障公共安全和公众利益的重要公共政策。科学的城市规划可以减少城市公共安全事件发生的可能性，减少公共安全事件发生时的损失。城市公共安全规划要纳入城市发展总体规划，保证城市公共安全规划的合理性、可行性、可操作性，实现城市公共安全保障体制、机制和技术协调统一。近些年，城市公共安全事件频繁发生，地震、海啸、爆炸、恐怖袭击不胜枚举，严重威胁着人类生命和财产安全。本期焦点以城乡规划视角关注城市公共安全，通过科学的规划，降低城市安全风险，保障城市公共安全，实现城市可持续发展。关键词城市化；公共安全；城市规划桂林电子科技大学毕业论文- II -In the process of urbanizatio
