3、要我 国 经 济 在 快 速 发 展 的 同 时 ， 随 之 而 来 的 则 是 中 国 多 方 面 的 进 一 步 发 展 ， 其 中 教 育事 业 就 是 发 展 过 程 的 重 要 问 题 。 在 教 育 事 业 发 展 中 ， 我 们 要 制 定 很 多 的 政 策 保 障 教 育 的顺 利 进 行 ， 一 方 面 这 些 政 策 会 有 好 的 收 益 ， 可 以 使 我 们 受 到 更 好 的 教 育 ， 另 一 方 面 可 能会 隐 藏 一 些 问 题 。 校 车 安 全 问 题 就 是 在 农 村 中 小 学 合 并 后 逐 步 暴 露 出 来 的 问 题 ， 而 且 越来 越
4、 严 重 ， 校 车 安 全 问 题 值 得 我 们 进 一 步 研 究 和 思 考 ， 从 而 解 决 这 一 问 题 。目 前 安 全 问 题 是 关 系 民 生 的 大 问 题 ， 校 车 安 全 更 是 如 此 。 我 们 都 知 道 ， 现 在 每 个 家庭 基 本 上 只 有 一 个 孩 子 ， 孩 子 是 整 个 家 庭 的 希 望 ， 孩 子 出 现 问 题 ， 对 于 一 个 家 庭 来 说 就等 于 毁 灭 。 对 于 一 个 国 家 来 说 ， 孩 子 是 祖 国 的 未 来 ， 是 祖 国 的 花 朵 ， 解 决 校 车 安 全 问 题直 接 关 系 到 国 家 的 发
5、 展 。 我 国 校 车 安 全 存 在 很 多 问 题 ， 比 如 事 故 发 生 率 高 、 事 故 中 人 的死 亡 率 高 等 ， 这 些 一 直 为 我 们 敲 响 警 钟 ， 提 醒 我 们 对 校 车 安 全 问 题 要 加 以 重 视 。 引 起 校车 事 故 的 原 因 是 多 方 面 的 ， 主 要 有 人 、 车 、 道 路 、 环 境 等 等 。要 从 根 本 上 解 决 校 车 事 故 发 生 的 原 因 ， 政 府 就 要 制 定 相 应 的 公 共 政 策 。 比 如 对 于 法律 法 规 的 建 立 和 完 善 、 法 律 的 严 格 执 行 、 对 人 的 宣
6、 传 教 育 、 对 科 学 的 应 用 、 对 资 金 的 投入 、 对 道 路 条 件 的 改 进 等 等 各 个 方 面 都 要 进 行 政 策 的 制 定 。 一 个 政 策 的 好 坏 不 仅 要 看 它的 制 定 是 否 合 理 ， 还 要 看 这 一 政 策 最 终 执 行 的 效 果 。 公 共 政 策 的 执 行 要 遵 循 一 定 的 模 式 ，有 关 校 车 安 全 问 题 公 共 政 策 的 执 行 存 在 很 多 的 不 足 ， 需 要 我 们 共 同 努 力 改 进 ， 从 而 可 以从 根 本 上 解 决 校 车 安 全 问 题 ， 保 障 全 民 的 利 益 不

In the development of education, we should formulatepolicies to guarantee education more smoothly, on one hand, thes

For example, the school bus safety problems are the rural primary and middle schoolsmerged gradually exposed, and more and more serious, which is worthy of further researchan
9、d thinking, which can solve this problem.Security is a big problem related to the livelihood of the people, the school bus safety iseven more so. As we all know, now each family have only one child, the child is the wholefamily to support, the children have safety problem, and a home is equal to des
10、troy. For acountry, children are a countrys future, are the flowers of the motherland. To solve the schoolbus safety problem is good for our country. There are many problems in our school bus safety,such as the high accident rate, accident mortality is high, they always sounded the alarm to us,so we
11、 should pay more attention to the school bus safety. The causes of the school busaccident are in many aspects, there are people, vehicles, road, environment etc.To solve the cause of the accident from the root, it will need the government take somecorresponding policy. For example, for the establish
12、ment and perfection of related laws andregulations, strict implementation of the law, publicity and education, the application ofscience, the funds investment, to improve road conditions and so on each aspect to policyformulation. A policy is not only to see its development depends on whether it is
13、reasonableresults of the final implementation of the.
