1、碟管式反渗透高浓度废水处理技术关键字: 碟管式 反渗透 高浓度废水 处理技术 1 碟管式反渗透的核心膜柱简介碟管式膜系统的核心是由碟片式膜片、导流盘、O 型橡胶垫圈、中心拉杆和耐压套管所组成的膜柱。碟管式膜柱有大膜柱和小膜柱两种。小膜柱直径为 200 毫米,长 1000 毫米,有 170个导流盘和 169 个膜片;大膜柱直径为 214 毫米,长 1400 毫米,由 210 个导流盘和 209个膜片构成。膜片和导流盘间隔叠放,O 型橡胶垫圈放在导流盘两面的凹槽内,用中心拉杆穿在一起,置入耐压套管中,两端用金属端板密封。2 DT RO 技术 特点与其他膜组件(卷式封装)相比,碟管式反渗透具有以下三

2、个明显的特点:通道宽:膜片之间的通道为 6mm,而卷式封装的膜组件只有 0.2mm; 流程短:液体在膜表面的流程仅 7cm,而卷式封装的膜组件为 100cm; 湍流行:由于高压的作用,渗滤液打导导流盘上的凸点后形成高速湍流,这种湍流的冲刷下,膜表面不易沉降污染物。在卷式封装的膜组件中,网状支架会截留污染物,造成静水区从而带来膜片的污染。以上三个特点,决定了碟管式反渗透技术在处理渗滤液时可以容忍较高的悬浮物和 SDI,通俗一点讲,就是不会堵塞。同时,这三个技术特点体现在具体实践中,使碟管式膜技术有如下几个工程特点:1)膜组的结垢少,膜污染轻,膜寿命长DT-RO 的特殊结构及水力学设计使膜组易于清

3、洗,避免了结垢和其他膜污染,从而延长了膜片寿命。用于 DT-RO 的膜片寿命可长达 2 年以上,甚至更长。2)不依赖于预处理,具有良好的稳定性、安全性和适应性由于 DTRO 膜组具有特殊的水力学设计,DTRO 膜组不用预处理可以直接处理渗滤液,使之适于处理高浑浊度和含砂系数高的废水。对于一般的反渗透系统,进入膜组的废水浑浊度不能超过 1,含砂系数不能超过 3。为使进水达到上述指标,往往需要比较复杂的前过滤和化学处理。由于 DTRO 膜片和导流盘之间有比较宽敞的通道,进入膜组的废水浑浊度可达到 4,而含砂系数也可达到 40。这样,只需要简单的砂滤器和精滤器就能满足膜组系统的要求。在具体工程中,预

4、处理系统可有可无。对于有预处理的系统,无论预处理环结是否高效、稳定,反渗透系统都可以稳定的达标出水。同时由于不依赖于生物处理,碟管式反渗透对填埋场各个阶段的渗滤液具有良好的适应性。3)具有十分可靠的处理效果到目前为止,国外十几年来 243 个渗滤液处理工程实例无一例失败。碟管式反渗透设备在国内十余个垃圾厂的处理实例,无一例因堵塞导致效果受影响。4)安装、维修简单,操作方便,自动化程度高由于 DTRO 系统采用的管道、零备件大多是标准件,安装、维修比较方便。同时,系统内的膜片可以单独抽换,不像卷式膜或中空纤维膜那样,只要一处膜片损坏,就得更换整个膜柱,这样就降低了 DTRO 系统的维护费用。该系
