2、地 有 关 法 规 、 规 定 ， 为 明 确 双 方 的 安 全 生 产 责 任 ， 双 方 在 签 订 本 项 目 主 合 同 的 同 时 ， 签 订 本 协 议 。 甲方和乙方合称“双方” ，单独称作“一方” 。In connection with contracting/ subcontracting Party B by Party A to perform the Construction Work (hereinafter referred to as Work), this AGREEMENT is entered into by and between Party A and
3、 Party B in conjunction with execution of the principal contract in accordance with the principle of “Regarding safety as an overriding priority and giving priority to prevention”, and relevant national and local laws, regulations and ordinances for the purposes of clarifying the obligations of each
4、 Party for safe work. 6、全 的 安 全 生 产 责 任 制以 及 安 全 生 产 、 防 火 安 全 、 治 安 保 卫 管 理 等 制 度 。 鉴 于 甲 方 已 建 立 了 OHSAS18001 职 业 健 康 安 全 管 理 体 系 ， 乙 方 在 甲方 区 域 工 作 期 间 ， 应 遵 守 甲 方 相 关 规 定 。Parties shall strictly comply with the requirements of the laws, regulations, ordinances and codes at national level and local level, establish an e
7、ffective safety administration organization, and set comprehensive safe work responsibility system and regulations on safe work, fire protection and public security administration. In view of the fact that Party A has established its occupational health and safety administration system in compliance
8、 with OHSAS18001, Party B shall comply with relevant requirements of Party A while performing the work/service on Party As site.2. 甲 方 的安全保卫部门作为业 主 安全管理委员会的常设安全机构对甲方区域内的安全生产工作实施综合监督管理。甲方的项目主管部门指派_部门/区域_先生/女士负责本项目的业务管理和协调工作，传达甲方的安全管理要求，并对乙方的安全、防火、治安工作情况实施监督。乙 方 单位主要负责人或项目经理依法对其在甲 方 的 工 程 项目的安全生产工作全面负
9、责，是工程项目的安全生产、防火安全以及治安防范第一责任人，并指派专职安全干部_先生/女士全面负责该项目的安全、防火和治安管理。Acting as the standing safety organization of the Owners safety administration committee, SFS (Safety, Fire-protection & Security) shall furnish comprehensive superintendence and administration on behalf of Party A on safe work of any pr
10、oject at Party As sites. The department in charge of Work implementation of Party A appoints Mr./Mrs. from (Department/Section) to be responsible for administration and coordination of the Work, relaying Party As requirements on safety administration, and supervising Party Bs safety, fire protection
11、 and public security affairs. Party Bs leading superintendent or project manager bears exclusive responsibilities for safe work at Party As site, and shall be the primary superintendent for safe work, LS-Ex3Ver.3.02007 Version 3.0 Page 2 of 5 fire protection and public security prevention of the Wor

Party B shall designate Mr./Mrs. as the full-time safety administrator who will be responsible for the safety, fire protection and public security administration of the Work.3. 甲 方 应 就 施 工 （ 作 业 ） 现 场 及 毗 邻 区 域 的 情 况 和 注 意 事 项 （ 如 ： 涉 及 到 的 地 下 管 线 、 相 邻 建 构 筑 物 、 地 下 工 程 等 ） 告知 乙 方 ， 并 做 书 面 记 录
13、 ， 双 方 确 认 后 一 式 二 份 ， 由 双 方 项 目 部 各 执 一 份 。Party A shall notify Party B the detailed conditions and precautions of the construction/Work site and its surroundings, such as the underground conduit and lines, the adjacent constructions and the underground projects. Two copies of documentation shall b
14、e confirmed by Parties and shall be held respectively by its project department.4. 甲 方 应 对 乙 方 单 位 主 管 领 导 或 项 目 负 责 人 以 及 专 职 /兼 职 安 全 干 部 进 行 安 全 生 产 进 场 前 安 全 教 育 培 训 、 安 全 技 术 交 底 ，介 绍 有 关 安 全 生 产 管 理 制 度 和 要 求 。 如 本 工 程 项 目 分 包 给 其 他 单 位 ， 乙 方 必 须 与 分 包 单 位 签 订 合 同 及 安 全 协 议 ， 并 在合 同 或 安 全 协 议
15、中 明 确 各 自 的 安 全 生 产 权 利 、 义 务 ， 乙 方 对 该 工 程 项 目 的 作 业 安 全 生 产 负 总 责 。Party A shall provide pre-task safety training and briefing on safety work and introduction of the safety administration systems and requirements to Party Bs managing staffs or project superintendents and full-time or part-time safety admin
