1、REACH 法规中的豁免注册物质有下面：1、放射性物质；2、海关监管物资：海关监管目录上，不经处理、暂时存放在保税区或保税仓库再出口或过境物质；3、不可分离中间体；同地使用和外运的可分离中间体4、处于运输过程的危险物质和在危险配制品中的物质，危险品的运载工具；5、不属于物质、配制品或物品：废料。6、人用或兽用药品，进入或直接与人体接触的医用器具；7、化妆品8、食品添加、调味剂，食用香料；饲料添加剂；动物营养剂；9、聚合物单体及其它化学物质：该单体或其它化学物质年生产或进口小于 1 吨；聚合物中游离未注册单体小于 2%。10、聚合物、配制品、商品(物品)本身不必注册。11、REACH 法规豁免附
