1、毕业设计(论文)大连新星海小区 6#框架住宅楼设计Design of the No.6 building in Dalian New Xinghai Residential Block学 院(系): 专 业: 学 生 姓 名: 学 号: 指 导 教 师: 评 阅 教 师: 完 成 日 期: 2010-3-2 - I -摘 要本文为大连新星海小区 6框架住宅楼设计说明,包括建筑设计和结构设计两个部分。本工程为钢筋混凝土现浇框架结构。建筑设计根据任务书的要求,采用经济适用房的标准。综合考虑了环境、使用功能、户型选择、材料及建筑艺术等方面,从而确定设计方案,绘出建筑施工图。结构设计计算包括初步估算截

2、面尺寸、各种荷载导算、框架内力计算、荷载组合、截面设计、配筋计算、楼梯设计及基础设计。框架内力计算包括水平地震作用下的内力计算,竖向恒荷载、活荷载作用下的内力计算。计算水平地震作用时,采用顶点位移法确定自振周期,采用底部剪力法计算楼层地震剪力,采用“D 值法”计算水平地震作用下的框架内力。竖向荷载作用下的框架内力计算采用弯矩二次分配法。框架内力计算完成后,进行了荷载组合,选取最不利的荷载组合进行截面设计。根据规范的要求进行了框架梁、柱的配筋计算,并考虑了梁端、柱端抗震条件下箍筋加密区的构造要求。楼梯设计采用板式楼梯,设计内容包括梯段板设计、平台板设计和平台梁设计,并绘出施工图。根据框架结构形式

This project is cast-in-situ reinforced concrete frame structure.The architectural design in accordance with the requirements of the task book, adopts the standards of affordable housing. This paper comprehensively considers the environment, the function of use, construction u

5、nits, materials and architecture to determine the design program, then draws the working drawings.Structural design including preliminarily estimating the section size, loads calculation, the internal forces of the frame calculation, the loads combination, cross-section design, percentage of reinfor

6、cement calculation, stairway design and foundation design. The internal forces of the frame calculation including internal forces calculation under the horizontal earthquake action, internal forces calculation under the vertical dead load and live load. When calculating the horizontal earthquake act

7、ion, uses top displacement method to determine natural period of vibration, uses equivalent base shear method to calculate the shear forces between floors and uses D value method to calculate the internal forces under the horizontal earthquake action. This paper uses secondary moment distribution me

8、thod to calculate internal forces under the vertical load. After the internal forces of the frame calculation, this paper carries out loads combination, and selects the most detrimental combinations to design sections. In accordance with the requirements of the building codes, this paper carries out

9、 reinforcement calculation of beam and column taking into account the details of seismic design of intensive stirrup zone of beam end and column end. Stairway design uses slab stair, including step board design, landing slab design and landing beam design, then draws the working drawings. In accorda

10、nce with the structural form and the load at the top of the foundation, this paper determines to adopt individual foundation.
