1、I摘要本工程学生公寓位于德阳市某高校内，其功能是为学校学 生 提供住所。本工程为多层现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构，共五层，底层层高 3.3 米，其他层层高均为 3.3 米，建筑物总高度为 18.5 米，总建筑面积为 4022.15 平方米。4 人间设计，有独立的卫生间和阳台，能满足 440 人入住。本设计书包括如下部分：工程概况；楼盖设计；荷载计算；框架结构的受力分析、计算和设计；关键词 : 钢筋混凝土， 框架， 结构设计IIAbstract This project is located in a university student apartments in Deyang city.
