3、以把质量管理放在头等地位是当务之急。因此，研究如何加强工程项目质量管理有着重要的现实意义。质量体系是质量管理的核心，是指企业为实施质量管理所需要的组织结构、职责、程序之类的管理能力和人力、智力、信息、技术装备等资源能力的综合体。质量体系要素是构成质量体系的基本单元，这些要素主要有：管理质量、采购质量、质量体系要素、质量体系财务、营销质量、规范和设计质量、采购质量、过程质量、过程控制、产品检验、检验测量、试验设备的控制、不合格的控制、纠正控制、生产后的活动、质量记录、人员、产品安全及统计方法的应用等。本文针对建筑施工项目质量管理这一个系统工程，对如何提高我国建筑施工项目质量管理进行了初步的研究。
4、首先分析了建筑工程质量管理的发展现状，介绍了一下工程质量管理的概况，然后详细地介绍了全面质量管理的理论，并且着重从建筑工程的各个组成因素即人、材、机、法、环五大要素来研究建筑施工项目的主要质量控制。最后结合实际项目的质量管理，运用全面质量管理的理论从分析参与工程的各方入手，介绍本工程的质量管理，发现问题、解决问题，以使工程达取得了良好的成效，将对今后类似工程项目质量管理起到指导和借鉴作用。关键词：质量管理、主控项目、实际AbstractProducts as construction projects, investment and consumption of labor, material
