1、116 级变速车床主轴箱设计及实物制作机械设计制造及其自动化摘要 作为主要的车削加工机床，普通车床被广泛的应用于机械加工行业中。本文主要针对 16 级变速车床主轴箱的设计进行说明，共包括运动设计、动力设计和结构设计三个部分。设计的主要内容有机床主要参数的确定，传动方案和传动系统图的拟定，最后通过对车床主轴箱零件进行计算、校核从而完成此机床主轴箱的设计。在结构设计中主要是主轴箱的传动设计，根据已给定的条件，即主轴转速来设计主传动系统。实际工作时，操纵变速手柄，通过拨叉拨动主轴箱中的滑移齿轮在轴上移动，实现变速。关键词 16 级变速；主轴箱Design of 16-Level Speed Spin
