2、与挑战, 其中最为突出的就是农业市场化进程中在信息不对称条件下农民与市场之间的供求矛盾和挑战。在这样的形势下，如何将传统的农业贸易模式转变为现代模式，如何让农业贸易与时代接轨，与科技接轨，如何发展农业电子商务模式等问题都成为了目前所探讨的重要课题之一。本文首先叙述了本文的研究背景、研究意义及研究方式和内容，然后通过介绍农业电子商务平台的含义，以及我国农业电子商务平台研究现状，论述了发展农业电子商务加快了流通过程、减少了流通成本，便于企业管理，拓展了营销方式，还论述了农业电子商务平台的必要性。从而分析了现有的农业电子商务模式的类型。包括 B2B 模式、B2C 模式、B2B+C 模式、第三方电子交
3、易市场模式的概述、特点、应用及分析。通过对这几种电子商务模式的比较，提出适合发展的农业电子商务平台模式，并对此种农业电子商务平台模式提出自己的优化建议及策略。最后对全文做出小结，提出文中的不足之处，以及对本课题的前景展望。2AbstractAgricultural brings human food, is to the survival of humans old industry, and agricultural electronic business affairs is a kind of advanced business model, seems difficult to bot
