APPLICATION AND LIMITATION 应用和局限The purpose of this test guide is to provide guideline for specifying the requirements for the fire resistance for domestic upholstered furniture, furnishings and other products containing upholstery.本测试指南是对家庭用家具、家居以及衬垫产品的防火

7、AMPLE PREPARATION 样板准备4.1 Atmosphere for conditioning and testing平衡和测试环境要求4.1.1 All test specimen materials (except composite fillings of mattresses and bed-bases) should be conditioned immediately before the test for 72hr in indoor ambient conditions and then for at least 16hr at 20 5C and 50 20% R

For testing, a substantially draught-free environment having a temperature of 23 7C and a relative humidity of 45 25% shall be used.所有的测试样板（床垫和床底架的复合填充物除外）先在室内环境放置 72 小时，然后在温度为 20 5C，湿度为 50 20%的环境中平衡至少 16 小时。测试环境要求空气充分流通，温度为 23 7C，湿度为 45 25%。4.1.2 For composite fillings of mattresses and bed-base

10、parts and stretch cover (Schedule 3, Schedule 4 Part I, Schedule 5 Part I and II ) only, any covering fabric or fire-barrier fabric which has been treated with a fire-retardant to reduce the ignitability of upholstery, before it is conditioned prior to testing, should be subjected to water soaking p
11、rocedure : “Using a liquor ratio of 1:20, completely immerse each specimen in water (160 20 mg/L hardness)containing 0.5g/L of non-ionic wetting agent in the flat-bottomed dish at an initial temperature 401C. Ensure the specimen remains completely immersed. After 30 minutes, remove the specimen, rin
12、se in water (4.2.1) using a liquor ratio of 1:20 for 2minutes, and then dry the specimen by any method suitable for the fabric type.”对于里料、可见的部分、弹力面料（第三节、第四节第一部分、第五节第一和第二部分），任何面料或加入阻燃剂以降低可燃性；在测试以及平衡前，必须经过水洗程序：在水洗槽里用浴比 1：20 的溶液，完全浸泡每一个样板，水的硬度为 160 20 mg/L， 并加入 0.5g/L 的非离子润湿剂，起始温度为401C，保持样板完全浸泡在液体中，30

PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS FOR RESISTANCE TO IGNITION阻燃的性能要求5.1 Schedule 1 Part I第一节第一部分Ignitability test for polyurethane foam in slab or cushion form.块状聚氨酯海绵可燃性测试The foam under test, cut to the specified dimensions, one 4505mm x 4505mm x 752mm thick and the o
14、ther 4505mm x 3005mm x 752mm thick, is placed on the test rig (Clause 3.1), covered with the fabric specified in Clause 3.7 and tensioned with the clips as set out in BS5852: Part 2. An ignition source 5 crib is placed in position. The mass of the complete assembly is determined (initial mass). The
15、test should be carried out in accordance with BS 5852: Part 2. 海绵测试规定的尺寸为，一块 4505mm x 4505mm x 752mm 厚度，另一块4505mm x 3005mm x 752mm 厚度。安装在测试架上（见 3.1），用 3.7 中规定的面料覆盖，并如 BS5852 第二部分中，用夹子夹紧，放置 5 号火源木架。称整个装置的重量（初始重量）。Flaming or smouldering failure should be determined against the criteria of clause 4 of
