2、t in junction box of thermocouple (4)补偿导线短路(4)Compensating leading wire short-circuit(1) 将热电偶的热电极取出,检查漏电原因,若是因潮湿引起,应将电极烘干,若是因瓷管绝缘不良引起的,应予以更换(1) Detach thermode from thermocouple, check the reasons of leakage, and if it is caused by moisture, the electrode should be dried, and if it is brought by poo

3、r insulation of the ceramic tube, then replace the ceramic tube(2) 将热电偶的热电极取出,把热电偶的保护套管和电极分别烘干,并检查保护管是否漏气漏水等情况,对不合格的保护管应予以更换(2) Detach thermode from thermocouple, dry thermocouples protection tube and electrodes, check whether there is air or water leakage in protection tube, and replace incompetent

4、 protection tube (3) 打开接线盒盖,清洁接线板,消除造成短路的原因,把接线盒严密盖紧(3) Open the junction box, clean the wiring board, find the reasons of short circuit and then eliminate the faults, finally close the junction box tightly(4) 将短路处重新绝缘或更换补偿导线(4)Re-insulate the place where short circuit happens or replace the (5)热电偶热

12、o break off but it continues to connect(4) 热电偶安装不牢固,发生摆动(4)Thermocouple is not securely installed, and swing occurs(5) 补偿导线有接地、断续短路或断路现象(5) The phenomena of (1) 清洁接线盒和热电极端都重新连接好(1) Reconnect the junction box with thermode(2) 将热电极从保护管中取出,找出继续短路或接地点,加以排除(2) Detach thermode from protection tube, find t

13、he site where short circuit or grounding occurs, then eliminate the faults(3) 重新焊接断开之处,检查其特性质是否有所改变,对不符合要求的应予以更换(3) Re-weld disconnected place, check whether the special nature is changed, and replace it if it does not meet the requirements (4) 将热电偶牢固安装(4)Install the thermocouple securely(5)找出接地、继续短

14、路或断路处加以修理或更换新的补偿导线grounding, interrupted short circuit or disconnection happen to compensating leading wire(5)Identify the place where grounding, interrupted short circuit or disconnection happens and then repair it, or replace new compensating leading wire4 热电偶的热电点动势变化Thermal electromotive force in

15、Thermocouple is changed (1) 热电极变质(1) Thermode is deteriorated(2) 热电偶的安装位置或方法不当(2) Thermocouples installation location or method is improper(3) 热电偶保护管表面积垢过多(3)The surface of thermocouple protection tube has too much fouling(1) 更换新电极(1)Replacement a new electrode(2) 改变安装位置或方法(2)Change the installation

16、 site or method (3)拆下热电偶,清除保护管外面积垢(3) Remove the thermocouple, and clear away fouling on the surface of protection tube 注:当发现以上故障情况时,应将补偿导线和接线盒分开,然后分别检查热电偶与补偿导线,待确定故障所在后,在进行处理。如需存放则存放条件为环境温度+10+35,相对湿度80% ,周围空气中不应含有可能使仪表零件腐蚀的介质。Note:When above fault conditions are found, you should separate compensating lead wire from junction box, and then check the thermocouple and compensating lead wire. After the faults are determined, you can adopt measures.Storage condition (if
