1、 毕 业 设 计 （ 论 文 ） 中 文 摘 要项目申报系统是一个基于 Internet 的应用系统，它是一个面对当前项目申报的行政工作基本还处于手工和半信息自动化状态而应运而生的一个基于 Internet的一个完全信息自动化的系统，它集单位申报，专家评审，和项目管理委员会管理一体的应用系统。企业单位只需具备访问 Internet 条件在申报时间内参加网上申报。在输入单位代号和密码后，系统调出单位的信息显示在页面上并可修改本单位的信息，在申报时间内参加项目网上申报。专家通过 Internet 在评审时间内可以对管理员分配的项目，根据相应的标准进行评分。管理员根据专家的评定确定该项目是否通过评审
