1、肺癌组织 HMGN5 基因表达水平及与临床病理特征的相关性分析【摘要】 目的：探讨肺癌组织中 HMGN5 基因的表达水平及与临床病理特征的相关性，为肺癌的诊断和治疗提供依据。方法：采用 RT-PCR 法检测 HMGN5 基因在观察组 45例肺癌组织及对照组 35 例癌旁正常组织中的表达，分析HMGN5 基因的表达水平与肺癌组织临床病理特征相关性。结果：观察组肺癌患者 HMGN5 基因转录 mRNA 水平明显高于对照组的癌旁正常组织，比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05） ；与患者的病理分级和分期以及是否有淋巴结转移有着显著的相关性（P【关键词】 肺癌； HMGN5 基因； 临床病理特征； 相关性
