1、腹腔镜胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔修补术与传统开腹手术的疗效及细胞免疫功能的影响比较【摘要】 目的：观察比较腹腔镜胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔修补术与传统开腹手术的临床疗效以及细胞免疫功能的影响。方法：随机选择 2015 年 1-12 月本院进行胃十二指肠穿孔治疗患者 60 例，根据来诊时间序列号单号为观察组，双号为对照组，每组各 30 例。观察组患者行腹腔镜胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔修补术，对照组患者行开腹手术。观察两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、肠蠕动恢复时间、住院时间、感染、肠粘连等术后并发症情况以及 CD3+、CD4+、C 反应蛋白（CRP）在术前、术后第 1、3、5 天的变化。结果：观察组患者手术时间明显长于对照
