1、摘 要本设计包括三个部分:一般部分、专题部分和翻译部分。一般部分为翟镇煤矿 1.2Mt/a 新井设计。翟镇煤矿位于山东省泰安市管辖的新泰市境内,交通便利。井田走向(东西)长约 5.6km,倾向(南北)长约 3.4km,总面积为15.6km2。主采煤层为 4 、6 煤,煤层倾角为 515 ,平均总厚度为 5.7m。井田地质条o件较为简单。井田工业储量为 12246 万 t,可采储量为 8911 万 t。矿井设计生产能力为 1.2Mt/a。矿井服务年限为 57.12a,涌水量不大,矿井正常涌水量为 200m3/h,最大涌水量为300m3/h。矿井瓦斯相对涌出量为 1.31 m3/t,绝对涌出量为

2、4.63m3/min,为瓦斯矿井。井田开拓方式为立井单水平上下山开拓。采用胶带输送机运煤,采用矿车进行辅助运输。矿井通风方式为中央并列式通风。矿井年工作日为 330d,工作制度为“三八” 制。一般部分共包括 10 章:1、矿区概述与地质特征;2、井田境界和储量;3、矿井工作制度、设计生产能力及服务年限;4、井田开拓;5、准备方式带区巷道布置;6、采煤方法; 7、井下运输;8、矿井提升;9、矿井通风与安全;10、设计矿井基本技术经济指标。专题部分题目是浅谈矿井瓦斯治理与综合利用,主要是研究了矿井瓦斯治理办法及综合利用技术,对矿井瓦斯抽采技术做了全面的陈述。翻译部分主要内容是煤巷快速掘进和支护装备

3、的应用及发展,英文题目为: Coal fast driving and supporting the application and development of equipment。关键词:立井;单水平;带区;中央并列式通风ABSTRACTThis design includes three parts: the general part, the special subject part and the translation part.The general part is a new design for Zhaizhen mine. Zhaizhen mine is located

4、in Xintai which comes within the jurisdiction of Taian in Shandong province. It is very convenient to get to the mine in terms of both highway and railway. The length of the coalfield is 5.6km,the width is about 3.4km,and the total area is 15.6km2.The fourth and the sixth are the main coal seams, an

5、d its dip angle is 515 degree. The thickness of the mine is about 5.7m in all. The geologic structure of this coalfield is simple.The recoverable reserves of the coalfield are 122.46 million tons,and the minable reserves are 89.11 million tons. The designed productive capacity is 1.2 million tons pe

6、rcent year, and the service life of the mine is 57.12 years. The normal flow of the mine is 200m3 per hour and the max flow of the mine is 300 m3 per hour. The relative mine gas gush is 1.31 m3/t and the absolute gush is 4.63 m3/min, so it is a low gas mine. The mine is a single level in two shafts

Te central laneway uses Belt Conveyor to transit coal, and trolley wagons are used for accessorial transportation in the roadway.The ventilation mode of this mine is center juxtapose form.The “three-eight” working system is used in the Zhaizhen mine. It produces for 330 days a year. This

The ventilation and the safety operation of the mine; 10.The basic economic and technical norms of the designed mine.Projects section topic is introduction to the mine gas control and utilization, mainly studies the mine gas control measures and comprehensive utilization t
