3、础教育迎来了蓬勃发展的新局面，各中小学招生规模的持续增加，学校对学生人身安全管理负担越来越重，家长对孩子的在校时间的了解情况越来越有需求。传统的学生考勤为人工或者 13.5M 的刷卡式考勤，这使得这项工作变得非常复杂而没有效率。如何提高学生考勤管理的水平和效率，建立智能化的学生考勤管理系统成为学校信息化建设过程亟待解决的重要问题。因此，研究如何建立先进、安全、跨平台、高效率的智能考勤管理应用系统具有重要意义。论文介绍了基于 RFID 家校通智能考勤系统开发的背景和国内外校园数字化智能化考勤系统的发展现状，并对基于 RFID 家校通智能考勤系统的关键技术做了分析，详细阐述了系统需要解决的问题。通
4、过对中小学智能考勤市场的需求分析，对系统的体系结构、工作流程、系统功能、数据结构方面进行了整体设计，采用硬件终端加服务器软件相结合的方式，利用 2.4GHz 高频读头来采集标签信息，然后通过智能终端将数据上传到后台服务器，经过服务器的数据处理，一方面可向短信息网关发出指令，电信将学生到校时间等信息发送到家长手机上；另一方面学校可以通过学校管理系统来统计学生的出勤情况。系统主要由前端硬件、家校通服务器和相关软件管理平台组成。实现学校对学生和教职员工的高效、直观的考勤；实现了家长实时、便捷地获取学生出入校信息。本课题设计实现的系统已经成功运行，达到了预期需求的开发目标。系统的开发应用体现了当今学生
5、考勤管理技术的自动化、智能化、信息化的发展方向，提高了管理人员的管理水平、管理效率，提高了家长对孩子出入学校信息的掌握程度，增强了学校和家长对学生出入学校信息的掌握程度，能够及时对特殊情况作出反馈，从而有效的达到了建设平安校园这一目的。关键词：家校通；RFID 技术；智能考勤；短信平台；ABSTRACTIn recent years, Chinas basic education in the new situation that the booming, the primary and secondary school recruitment of students scale increa
