3、要：物流金融是伴随着物流业的蓬勃发展而逐渐成长起来的，是物流衍生服务的一个重要方面。它是第三方物流企业与中小企业合作的一种新形式，为中小企业解决融资问题与第三方物流企业突破发展瓶颈带来了福音。然而，物流金融在提供多元化共赢效益的同时，也带来了新的风险。本文以物流金融的介绍作为引入点，分析了基于物流金融的第三方物流企业与中小企业合作的必要性和可行性并阐述了可采取的两种合作模式。着重对第三方物流企业与中小企业合作过程中所面临的物流金融风险因素进行分析，采用 AHP 法建立相应的风险评估，通过定性与定量相结合地比较分析，从而提出对应的风险控制策略。由此，希望能帮助第三方物流企业与中小企业能够更好地实
