保 密 论 文 在 解 密 后 遵 守 此 规 定 ）论文作者签名： 日 期 ： 年 月 日指 导 教 师 签 名 ： 日 期 ： 年 月 日苏州科技学院硕士学位论文 摘 要摘 要江 南 水 乡 古 镇 围 绕 旅 游 产 业 为 主 的 差 异 化 发 展 是 必 然 的 趋 势 目 前 江 南 水 乡 古 镇的 发 展 由 于 相 互 之 间 的 模 仿 ， 未 能 很 好 的 挖 掘 自 身 的 优 势 与 特 点 ， 造 成 存 在 严 重 的 同质 化 竞 争 的 现 象 ， 表 现 为 雷 同 化 的 旅 游 产 品 开 发 、 单 一 化 的 旅 游 项 目 ， 严 重 制 约 了 江南 水 乡 古 镇 的 发 展 ， 从 长 远 发 展 来 看 ， 江 南 水 乡 古 镇 只 有 差 异 化 发 展 ， 才 能 取 得 更 好的 经 济 效 益 和 社 会 效 益 论 文 首 先 对 国 内 外 关 于 古 镇 差 异 化 发 展 的 相 关 理 论 进 行 研 究 综 述 ， 并 总 结 了 国 外可 借 鉴 的 发 展 经 验 其 次 从 主 客 观 两 方 面 分 析 了 造 成 江 南 水 乡 古 镇 雷 同 化 发 展 的 原因 ， 并 从 宏 观 、 中 观 到 微 观 层 面 ， 提 取 出 包 括 古 镇 的 交 通 环 境 差 异 、 外 部 环 境 差 异 以及 自 身 构 成 差 异 等 差 异 化 发 展 因 子 ， 在 此 基 础 上 结 合 城 市 规 划 层 面 包 括 总 体 规 划 、 旅游 专 项 规 划 、 城 市 设 计 等 对 古 镇 的 引 导 ， 包 括 确 定 城 镇 性 质 、 优 化 产 业 结 构 、 调 整 空间 布 局 、 风 貌 保 护 、 交 通 、 景 观 等 方 面 ， 提 出 了 古 镇 差 异 化 发 展 应 该 以 保 护 和 可 持 续为 前 提 ， 以 彰 显 特 色 、 市 场 导 向 等 为 原 则 ， 以 特 色 化 发 展 为 目 标 的 发 展 策 略 。
最 后 论文 以 昆 山 南 部 的 周 庄 镇 、 千 灯 镇 、 锦 溪 镇 三 个 古 镇 为 例 ， 讨 论 它 们 的 差 异 化 发 展 的 具体 方 法 关键词：江南水乡古镇，城市规划，差异化IMaster Dissertation of Suzhou University of Science and Technology AbstractAbstractIt is an inexorable trend for ancient towns to grow through differentiated development.At present, these towns are developed by means of severe homogeneous competition,which is shown by identical development of tourism products and unitary tourism projects.Coupled with other problems like excessive commercial exploitation and destruction tooriginal sceneries, ancient towns along the south of the Yangtze River will be restricted alot. Therefore, it is only through the differentiated development that these towns canachieve the better economic and social benefit in a long term.In view of these, this paper studies and summarizes various theories on thedifferentiated development of ancient towns and generalizes referential developmentexperiences from other countries. The paper analyzes subjective and objective causes ofthe identical development of ancient towns. Besides, it extracts factors of the differentiateddevelopment in macro, medium and micro levels, including the differences in trafficenvironments, external environments and self-composition. Then the paper, with theguidance of urban planning including general planning, tourism planning and urban design,determines the designated functions of a city or a town, optimizes the industrial structure,adjusts the spatial arrangement, and expresses the scenery preservation, traffic layout andlandscape conservation. Finally, the paper proposes that ancient towns should adopt thedifferentiated development strategy with the premise of preservation and sustainability, theprinciple of feature-manifestation and market-orientation, and the goal of characterizeddevelopment. The development of ancient towns is majorly centered on the tourismindustry. The paper discusses specific methods of the differentiated development of ancienttowns with real examples ---- three ancient towns in the south of Kun Shan, namely ZhouZhuang Town, Qian Deng Town and Jin Xi Town.
