1、1Checklist Compliance Essential Health and Safety RequirementsGiven below are the relevant requirements of the Machinery Directive. More particularly, these are the requirements recited in ANNEX I “Fundamental health and safety requirements concerning the design of machines and safety components.” A

2、 copy of the Machinery Directive is an essential aid in the interpretation of the summary report below.The obligations imposed in the fundamental health and safety requirements are only applicable if the relevant danger is present in the machine in question when the machine is used in the manner int

3、ended by the manufacturer. That is to say, the manufacturer need only consider the intended use, and the reasonably foreseeable misuse of his machinery, but need not consider unreasonable misuse.The requirements stated in the directive are compulsory. Given the state of technology it is possible tha

4、t the set objectives cannot be reached. In such cases, the manufacturer has an obligation, through design and construction modification, to come as close to meeting the objective as technology permits.Each requirement is checked as to whether the machinery meets the requirement or whether the requir

5、ement is not applicable.All users information must be in the language of the county of the user.
