1、I中文摘要随着城市化进程的加快，越来越多的人涌入城市，导致城市生活节奏加快，各种各样的生活压力也不断显现出来。近几年越来越多的城市居民渴望回归自然，向往恬淡宁静的乡村生活。自上世纪九十年代，以吃农家饭，住农家屋，干农家活，享农家乐为主要形式的“农家乐”旅游应运而生。并以其开发成本低，需求量大，见效快的特点迅速在全国各地发展开来，呈现出欣欣向荣的发展态势，成为国内旅游业的热点。本文将在前人研究和实践基础上，旨在探讨农家乐旅游相关概念，从其发展现状及意义入手，分析、借鉴国内外农家乐旅游经验，阐述衢州农家乐旅游的发展现状和特点，并对其进行 SWOT 分析，进而有针对性提出可持续发展的的对策。全文分为
2、六个部分，第一部分是绪论，主要介绍选题目的及意义，国内外的研究综述，研究的方法，研究的内容。第二部分为农家乐旅游的相关概述，包括农家乐旅游的概念及辨析农家乐旅游分类和特点以及发展农家乐旅游的意义。第三部分农家乐旅游的发展现状概况，包括国内外的发展概况。第四部分是衢州市农家乐旅游的发展现状概述，包括发展现状、特点以及发展的成效。第五部分对衢州市农家乐旅游进行SWOT 分析。第六部分为针对衢州市农家乐发展现状提出的可持续发展思路和对策。关键词：衢州、 “农家乐”旅游、SWOT 分析IIAbstractWith the city to speed up the process, more and m

11、论1.1 论文选题目的及意义目前，农家乐旅游处于迅速发展阶段，但随着农家乐旅游发展，如何合理利用资源，如何规划农家乐旅游开发布局、如何调整农家乐旅游发展与生态环境之间的关系，充分发挥当地的特色，满足城市居民的乡村旅游需求，加快旅游业健康、快速、可持续的发展，已成为新农村建设和旅游发展的首要任务。衢州市处于浙江西部，处于浙江、江西、安徽、福建的交界处。这里青山绿水风景秀丽，是历史文化与山水风光完美结合的特色旅游城市，是国家历史文化名城。衢州市的农业资源丰富，是浙江重要的粮食基地、柑橘之乡。从上世纪 90 年代中后期以来，人们生活水平不断提高，消费结构的升级以及农村经济快速发展,城市居民对原汁原味
12、的农家菜和淳朴自然农家生活越来越向往。衢州市的农家乐旅游有如雨后春笋般应运而生。根据调查可知，衢州市到目前为止拥有农家乐旅游点 254 个，新培育四、五星级农家乐经营户 8 户。政府表示今年将加大我市农家乐综合性旅游、特色乡镇和精品区块的建设，争取在五年之内，每个区域都要有自己特色的农家乐旅游精品线路 1。衢州市凭借自身的区位条件以及自然人文资源，有着自身独特的优势，农家乐旅游的发展有良好的前景。但通过分析衢州市农家乐旅游的发展历程和现状,发现街州市农家乐旅游仍处于发展初级阶段,规模大而竞争力不强，地理区位集中但综合效益低，存在形式广却无明显竞争优势的开发模式。缺乏科学规划、缺少自身定位，与乡村文化没有很好地结合。农家乐旅游总体发展的规划，
