1、基于 java 的网上招聘系统的设计与实现摘 要随着网络信息技术的发展，网络在人们生活中的应用越来越广泛，网上招聘已成为一项重要的招聘方式。为了给招聘双方提供一个互动的交流平台，本文设计并实现了一个网上招聘系统。通过网上招聘系统，企业可以在网上发布招聘信息，求职者根据自己的具体情况在线提交个人简历，企业可以查看求职者简历，求职者也可以查看企业的招聘信息，网上招聘系统实现了求职者的工作求职和企业的人才招聘。本文根据网上招聘系统国内外研究状况，提出了此网上招聘系统的总体目标。通过对网上招聘系统的可行性分析、用户分析、功能分析及流程分析，提出并设计了系统的四个功能模块即个人求职模块、企业招聘模块、后
2、台管理模块。使用 MyEclipse 作为开发平台， java 语言编程， MySQL 为后台数据库，完成了三个模块的开发与设计，实现了网上招聘系统的基本功能。本文最后还对所实现的网上招聘系统进行了全面、系统的测试，保证了系统的精确性、安全性和较长的使用寿命。关键词网上招聘系统；系统分析；系统设计；系统实现Online Recruitment System Design and ImplementationAbstractWith the development of information technology, the use of network is becoming more and
