6、10 年第 6 期摘要2吉利 4D20轿车柴油机轻量化技术应用研究袁兆成 1 赵福全 2 董仁 1 方舟 2(1吉林大学 汽车动态模拟国家重点实验室; 2 浙江吉利汽车研究院)【摘要】节能减排是发动机设计的核心目标,采用轻量化技术是实现节能减排的有效措施之一。分别对吉利 4D20轿车柴油机气缸体、气缸盖、梯型框架和油底壳、双质量飞轮、活塞及连杆、气缸盖罩和链条罩盖等关键零部件的轻量化技术进行了应用分析。吉利 4D20轿车柴油机大量采用铝合金以及经过优化设计轻量化结构,使其单位功率质量达到 2.12kg/kW。主题词: 轿车柴油机 轻量化技术 Research on Application of

In this paper, lightweight technology adopted on key assemblies of Geely4D20 car diesel engine, including cylinder block, cylinder head

9、, trapezoid frame and oil sump, double mass flywheel, piston, connecting rod, cylinder head cover and chaincase cover, etc., is introduced and analyzed. With large scale application of aluminum alloy and optimized lightweight structure, mass per unit power of Geely 4D20 car diesel engine reaches 2.1
