1、毕业设计（论文）题目:啤酒桶清洗机设计 1论 文 摘 要本 设 备 是 专 为 啤 酒 桶 的 清 洗 、 消 毒 设 计 的 。 该 设 备 可 以 自 动 完 成 清 洗消 毒 及 CO2 备 压 等 全 部 工 序 。 本 设 备 适 用 桶 的 尺 寸 为 高 度 H360H560， 直 径 250 500。 本 机 主 要 由 机 架 、 电 气 控 制 箱 、 电 磁 阀 、 气动 元 件 、 气 冲 系 统 和 水 路 系 统 组 成 。 本 机 控 制 单 元 采 用 以 三 菱 公 司 的 可 编程 控 制 器 为 核 心 对 机 器 进 行 全 过 程 控 制 。 由 于
2、可 编 程 控 制 器 在 工 业 控制 方 面 的 应 用 意 义 日 趋 明 显 ， 已 在 机 械 制 造 、 发 电 、 化 工 、 电 子 等 行 业 工艺 设 备 的 电 气 控 制 方 面 得 到 了 广 泛 的 应 用 。 它 具 有 功 能 强 大 、 使 用 可 靠 、维 修 简 单 等 许 多 优 点 ， 并 且 在 很 多 地 方 已 逐 步 取 代 了 继 电 器 电 路 的 逻 辑 控制 。 本 文 讨 论 的 是 PLC 在 实 际 工 业 控 制 系 统 的 应 用 。关键词： 管路系统 清洗机IIAbstractThis equipment designed
