This is the first diffiult that I e aross in m areer。 At first， I felt so go
2、od and fun to sta ith so man lovel students， then I integrated ith them， and soon， the problem ame out。 If a teaher ant set up her dignit in front of the students， it ill make the lass teahing more diffiult。 In m lessons， the students often kept on talking， ating， and asking questions。 What should I

I ant get along ith them like this an more。 I must be strit ith them。 Pa more attention to hat should be praised， hat should be ritiized。 An arelessness is not permitted。 At last， the lass disipline beame better。 Noadas， the importane of learning English is obvious。 The orld bees globalization

6、et a satisfied effet， e should make the students learn on their on initiative。 Ho to make them feel interested in studing English? I think the ke point is the teahing design。 It must be vivid and vigorous。 We an hange our stud ontents into games， performanes， petitions and so on。 Let them believe En
7、glish is eas and funn。 As the step of histor is advaning， the demand of English teahing is hangeable。 The junior students are not hat e kno as before。 The have a lot of knoledge， and are good at bining English ith other subjets， suh as histor， geograph， phsis， hemistr and so on。 Their English level
8、is higher than hat e thought。 Man of them started learning English in their primar shool。 So English teaher should pursue advaned studies onstantl， and master the latest teahing materials and methods to meet todas demands。 I feel ver happ to be an English teaher。 I ill do m best to teah English ell ith m knoledge， m patiene and m enthusiasm。 Make Chinese speak English better， and sho their abilit and talent in the orld stage。 I am proud to tell ou: I am an English teaher。
