4、 5 月 1 日IV小区智能车库管理系统摘要:中 国 停 车 场 大 都 是 自 走 式 ， 远 不 能 满 足 汽 车 的 增 长 对 车 位 的 要 求 。 建 造在 地 下 的 智 能 立 体 停 车 库 具 有 高 密 度 的 特 点 ， 是 停 车 库 中 最 为 先 进 的 形 式 。 这 种 形式 的 车 库 容 量 大 ， 大 型 的 容 量 可 达 1000 3 000 个 车 位 ， 调 车 速 度 快 ， 自 动 化 程 度高 ， 是 各 大 城 市 解 决 停 车 难 的 最 佳 选 择 。 智 能 立 体 停 车 库 是 集 自 动 化 技 术 、 机 器 人技 术
5、、 计 算 机 技 术 为 一 体 的 智 能 化 、 立 体 化 的 物 流 储 运 系 统 ， 能 够 自 动 而 可 靠 地 完成 车 辆 的 存 取 以 及 相 关 信 息 的 管 理 。 对 该 系 统 的 开 发 与 研 究 ， 可 以 解 决 中 国 停 车 难的 问 题 ， 具 有 非 常 大 的 理 论 意 义 和 实 用 价 值 。 停 车 难 是 因 为 可 停 车 的 地 方 太 少 ，那 第 一 个 方 法 因 地 制 宜 ， 利 用 一 切 可 行 的 方 法 ， 增 加 停 车 泊 位 的 数 量 ， 尤 其 在 小 区里 更 要 配 套 修 建 停 车 场 ，
6、把 路 边 有 关 闲 置 地 块 作 临 时 停 车 场 地 ； 在 几 个 相 邻 小 区 相对 大 的 如 小 区 内 广 场 、 绿 地 等 地 方 建 地 下 车 库 ； 对 小 区 住 宅 的 一 楼 进 行 改 造 ， 建 为车 库 ， 缓 解 停 车 难 问 题 ； 小 区 内 可 以 建 造 立 体 车 库 ， 大 力 发 展 立 体 车 库 是 解 决 停 车难 问 题 的 首 选 方 案 。 另 一 方 面 ， 政 府 应 出 台 鼓 励 公 共 停 车 场 建 设 的 政 策 ， 采 取 优惠 政 策 ， 吸 引 各 方 资 金 渠 道 ， 多 形 式 地 参 与 停
7、车 场 （ 库 ） 的 建 设 ， 对 于 停 车 设 施的 经 营 管 理 ， 应 适 时 引 入 和 发 展 适 合 城 市 经 济 发 展 的 公 司 制 经 营 模 式 。 本 系统运用了 ACCESS 数据库技术，采用 Windows 7 作为系统开发、测试和运行的平台，重点在于车库管理技术部分及车库监控的实现，满足了客户停车的需求，其整体性能也达到了系统的预期设计目标 1。关键词:车库管理系统；ACCESS 数据库技术；摄像头监控技术VIntelligent parking management system in the communityAbstract: Most of th

However, the three-dimensional intelligent parking established underground displays the feature of high density, which is the most advance format with a large capacity that contains one to three t
9、housand parking place. Faster shunting and highly automated makes it acts as the best choice to solve the parking difficulty in big cities. The three-dimensional intelligent parking is a logistics transportation system combines automatics, robotics, and computer technology which is intelligentize wi
10、th three-dimensional. It provides the automotive and reliable car parking and picking as well as the management of relative massage. No matter in the theoretic or practical value, profound significance was evidenced when we research and develop the system to figure out the parking problem. The reaso
11、n why we met such a problem is the fewer and fewer available parking place. Thus, for one thing is to a opt measures suiting the local conditions. That is to say available locally to increasing the quantity of parking place, especially setting up the supporting parking in the community, and transfor
12、m the idle areas in the roadside into the temporary parking, also established underground parking in the square and green in the adjacent community. Whats more, we can reform the first floor into parking place. Like setting up and developing the three-dimensional garage is the preferred proposal. Fo

Adopting preferential policies to attract all aspects of funding, and build in various forms. As to the parking equipment management, we should duly promote the corporate business management model
14、 which is suitable for the city economy development. The system uses ACCESS database with Windows 7 as the developing, testing and operating platform. And the vital is the achievement of management and monitoring, which can satisfy the parking, and its integrity also achieves the target of system.
