2、理等主要模块。本系统详细介绍了企业人事管理系统的开发与设计，包括了开发一个管理信息系统的 5 个阶段：系统开始和可行性研究、系统分析和设计、程序设计、系统测试和结构分析、系统总结和评估。本课题的实施将会促进企业的无纸化办公，避免人工管理中出现各种差错，提高企业管理效率，使得管理者能够更加方便的了解到企业内部人事状况。本系统以 ASP 和 SQL 为开发工具，设计实现了一套基于 B/S 模式的中小企业人事管理系统。关键词：人事管理 ASP SQL 数据库 B/S 结构 IIThe IT business enterprise human resource manages systemAbstra
