1、太湖水体亚磷酸盐的垂直分布特征韩超，王晓蓉，高士祥，耿金菊 *南京大学环境学院，南京市栖霞区仙林大道 163 号，210046*Email: 摘要：最新微生物学和地球化学领域的研究表明在环境中存在亚磷酸盐, 可以被生物直接或间接利用。本研究通过采用抑制电导离子色谱技术，配合梯度淋洗和提高进样量，优化色谱条件和样品保存，以太湖富营养化严重的区域（梅梁湾，贡湖湾，竺山湾以及大浦港）为研究对象，首次对太湖不同介质底层水(0.5 m)、上覆水和沉积物间隙水中的亚磷酸盐进行分离和检测。结果表明，各介质中亚磷酸含量在(0.010.005) M (0.17 0.012) M 之间, 约为正磷酸盐的 1%10
2、%，大浦港亚磷酸盐的含量相对较高。各点亚磷酸盐垂直变化具有显著差异(p 0.05 )，亚磷酸垂直变化平均趋势：底层水 (0.03 0.005M) 上覆水(0.06 0.04M ) 底泥间隙水(0.09 0.03M)。此外，底泥间隙水中亚磷酸盐含量随着深度的增加而增加。氧化还原电位是影响亚磷酸盐分布的重要因素（p 0.01） 。亚磷酸在湖泊中普遍检出，为研究水体磷的生物地球化学循环机制提供新的思路。关键词：亚磷酸盐；太湖；富营养化；分布特征；磷循环Vertical distribution of phosphite in the eutrophic areas of Lake TaihuChao

Based on ion chromatography, coupled with gradient elution procedure , this paper quantified firstly phosphite occurred in eutrophic Lake Taihu，ranged from (0.010.005) M to (0.17 0.012) M which was about 1% 10% of phosphate. A significant spatial d
5、ifference between phosphite in pore waters and in overlying waters is observed (p 0.05). Phosphite concentrations in pore waters increase with the depth. Eh in different matrixes should be responsible for this variation tendency (p 0.01).
