2、出，就业困难。高等教育技术应以实践为导向，走理论结合的实践道路，教育技术学专业的学生应定位于技术人员，即专业理论够用、生产技术操作和动手能力强的复合型技术应用人才，提出应当针对现状，探索出更好的、符合社会实际的人才培养模式，通过这种方式，学生迅速提高实践教学中的才能。实践任务来源广泛，任务驱动型实践教学方式将实践效果发挥到极高的水平。 【关键词】：教育技术学 人才培养 教育技术实践 实践教学3Educational technology specialty practice teaching problems, causes and Countermeasures Abstract Educa
