2、 作 的 良 性 发 展 及 出 台 无 偿 献 血 管理 办 法 提 供 宣 传 、 招 募 策 略 。 方 法 ： 通 过 文 献 资 料 法 和 查 询 法 ， 收 集 2007 2010年 全 年 以 及 2009 年 突 发 事 件 相 关 月 份 与 2008 年 同 期 的 无 偿 献 血 人 群 的 年 龄 、 性 别 、民 族 、 文 化 程 度 、 血 型 等 数 据 资 料 ； 采 用 问 卷 调 查 法 ， 根 据 自 行 设 计 的 问 卷 调 查 表 ，对 乌 鲁 木 齐 市 5 处采血点的无偿献血者的基本信息、职业、地区、献血动机等进行问 卷 调 查 ； 利 用
3、SQL 数 据 库 和 SPSS13.0 统 计 软 件 对 数 据 资 料 进 行 统 计 分 析 。 结 果 ： 2007 2010 年 乌 鲁 木 齐 市 无 偿 献 血 人 数 呈 逐 年 上 升 趋 势 ， 年 均 增 长 率 为 15.8%。其 中 男 性 明 显 多 于 女 性 ； 30 岁 以 下 青 年 、 高 中 （ 含 中 专 ） 以 上 文 化 程 度 者 、 汉 族 是无 偿 献 血 人 群 的 主 体 ； ABO 血型分布为 O B A AB， Rh 阴 性 血 型 占 1.1%； 突 发 事 件 后 乌 鲁 木 齐 市 无 偿 献 血 人 数 涨 幅 明 显 ，
4、30 50 岁 、 维 吾 尔 族 、 哈 萨 克 族 献血 人 次 显 著 增 加 。 实 测 调 查 结 果 显 示 ， 学 生 、 服 务 人 员 、 私 营 业 主 、 城 镇 户 籍 、常住本市的外来人口是乌鲁木齐市无偿献血的主力军；“ 奉献爱心” 是公民献血的主要 原 因 （ 占 87.2%） ， 不 同 文 化 程 度 、 不 同 职 业 的 无 偿 献 血 人 群 献 血 动 机 有 明 显 差异 （ 2 文 化 程 度 59.780， P 0.05； 2 职 业 102.339， P 0.05） ； 从 1998 年 至 今 了 解 献血 知 识 的 人 群 数 量 正 逐
5、年 增 加 ， “街 头 宣 传 ”、 “周 围 环 境 影 响 ”、 “大 众 媒 体 宣 传 ” 为主 要 了 解 渠 道 。 探 讨 无 偿 献 血 人 群 的 构 成 分 布 和 主 要 血 液 来 源 ， 为 下 一 步 无 偿 献血工作提供有益的参考和改进建议。结论：本次调查研究全面获取了乌鲁木齐市无 偿 献 血 人 群 的 结 构 分 布 特 征 和 血 液 来 源 情 况 ， 为 下 一 步 无 偿 献 血 工 作 提 供 了 较 为全 面 、 真 实 的 实 践 依 据 。 研 究 表 明 ， 应 面 向 不 同 年 龄 、 不 同 民 族 、 不 同 阶 层 的 人群 加

7、ims to get the comprehensive information of thecomposition and distribution of the voluntary blood donors in the city of Urumqi so as tofind out the major source of the voluntary blood in Urumqi as well as provide publicizingand recruiting strategies for the sound development of voluntary blood dona
8、tion and itsmanagement measures. Methods: Through the methods of literature consultation andinquiry, the research collects data of voluntary blood donors age, gender, nationality,education, blood type in the time period of 2007 to 2010, in the particular months that theemergency happened in 2009, an
9、d also in the corresponding period of 2008. Byself-designed questionnaires, the research investigates voluntary blood donors from fivedonation sites in Urumqi, and inquires about the occupation, living district, motivationand other basic information of voluntary blood donors. The research also makes
10、 astatistical analysis of the collected data with the help of SQL data base and SPSS13. 0statistical software. Results: A:From 2007 to 2010, the number of voluntary blooddonors in Urumqi has been rising with an annual average growth rate of 15. 8%. Thenumber of male donors surpasses female donors. P
11、eople under the age of 35, witheducation above high school (including technical secondary school) , and of Hannationality are the major source of voluntary blood donors. The distribution of blood typeis O B A AB, in which Rh-negative blood accounts for 1.1%. B:During theemergency in 2009, voluntary
12、blood donors increased significantly. The number ofpeople from the age of 30 to 50, the Uygurs and the Kazaks rose in the total number ofdonors. C:The results of investigations reflect that students, service people, privateowners, urban citizens, foreign residents are the major source of voluntary b
13、lood donors.“Dedication of love” is the major reason for voluntary blood donation (comprising 87.2%) . 14、amiliar with blood donation. Street publicity, donation environmentinfluence and mass media promotion are the major ways people get to understandvoluntary blood donation. D:The investigation and analysis of the composition ofvoluntary blood donors provides reference and improvement suggestions for v
15、oluntaryblood donation in the future. Conclusion: A:This research makes a comprehensiveinvestigation of the composition features of voluntary blood donors and the source ofvoluntary blood in Urumqi, and provides a complete and genuine experimental referencefor voluntary blood donation in the future.
16、 B:The research indicates the need tostrengthen the publication of voluntary blood donation among people of different age,nationality and social classes.
