1、吴波:广州黄阁镇污水处理厂工程设计华东交通大学理工学院本科生毕业设计(论文)题 目: 广州黄阁镇污水处理厂工程设计 分 院: 土木建筑分院 专 业: 给水排水工程 班 级: 2 班 学 号: 20090110070221 姓 名: 吴波 指导教师: 党晓芳 吴波:广州黄阁镇污水处理厂工程设计摘 要我国水体污染主要来自两方面,一方面是工业发展超标排放工业废水,二方面是城市化中由于城市污水排放和集中处理设施严重缺乏,导致大量生活污水未经处理直接进入水体造成环境污染。近年来工业废水经过治理虽有所减少,但城市生活污水有增无减,占水质污染的 51%以上。本设计为广州黄阁镇污水处理厂工程工艺设计,污水处理
2、厂处理规模为近期期20000m3/d,远期期 30000 m3/d。污水主要来源为生活污水和工业废水,主要污染物质为NH3-N、BOD、COD,适宜采用生化处理方法。经过方案比较,确定采用氧化沟工艺。NH3-N、BOD、COD 的去除率分别达到 77.14%、 95.43%、78.57%,污水处理厂处理后的出水达到污水综合排放标准 (GB8978-1996)中的二级标准。污水和活性污泥的混合液在氧化沟中进行不断的循环运动,具有良好的去除BOD、 COD 及脱氮除磷的功能。另外,工艺流程简单,构筑物少,构造形式多样,运行较为灵活,运行稳定性好,基建投资省,运行费用低,操作管理方便,出水水质好也是

Industrial waste water after treatment is reduced in recent years, continued to grow, but city life sewage accounted for over 51% of the water pollution. This design is about the sewage tre
5、atment plant in Guangzhou, huangge town . The construction of this plant is 30000 m3/d. The main origin of the sewage is the sanitary sewage and the industrial waste. The main polluting is the NH3-N, BOD, COD. It is suitable to use the biochemistry processing method. After the comparison of the plan
6、, the Oxidation Ditch craft was chosen as the process. The elimination rate of the NH3-N, BOD, COD respectively achieved 77.14%, 95.43%, 78.57%. The outlet water of the treatment meets the level two of the National Sewage Discharge Standard (GB8978-1996).The mixed liquor of the sewage and the activa
7、ted sludge are sporting unceasingly in the oxidation ditch. It is good to exclude BOD、COD and take off the nitrogen and the phosphorus. Additionally, the simple processing, the few buildings, the varied structure, the nimble movement, and the good stability of the movement, the province initial cost
