2、能。而马铃薯作为仅次于小麦，玉米，水稻之后的世界第四大粮食作物越来越受到世界粮农组织的关注。本文从开阳县马铃薯产业发展的实际情况出发，通过大量的文献资料，借鉴国内外经验以及仔细的数据分析对比，首先叙述了开阳县马铃薯产业的发展优势，其次叙述了马铃薯产业发展现状及发展潜力，详细分析了开阳县发展马铃薯产业存在的问题，第一是生产方面，品种单一，加工水平低下，脱毒种薯繁育体系不完善。第二，销售方面，市场信息滞后，产品销售渠道单一，品牌意识薄弱。第三，贮藏方面，装备技术落后。产品装运过程中易损坏等方面。针对开阳县马铃薯产业发展过程中存在的问题提出了要推进马铃薯产业的快速发展，提高农民经济收入，加快地方经济
3、的发展，需要大力建设脱毒种薯繁殖体系，政府加大提供优惠政策，重视新科技的研发，引进及推广等一系列对策。这对当地经济发展，增加农民收入并实现小康目标及马铃薯产业的战略调整有重大的贡献。关 键 词：马铃薯；产业；开阳县；困境及对策IAbstractWith the rapidly growth of population of the world, frequent natural disasters, the food crisis will threatened human anytime.
