1、华 中 科 技 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文摘 要近些年来，随着信息技术的快速发展以及网络在世界范围内的普及，人们的许多生活方式正在发生深刻的变化。信息技术开始变得越来越重要，人们的生活已经逐渐离不开信息技术。另一方面，信息时代也是知识爆炸的时代，传统的企业培训方式存在知识资源分布不均、传播速度缓慢等弊端，一些企业还需要将员工跨省市集合在一起，尤其浪费人力物力。在这样时代发展的背景下，企业培训模式已经逐渐转变为网络培训。网络培训是一种远程教育模式，它以计算机和网络为实现的媒介，建设一个虚拟课堂，使线下的教育资源可以在线上分享。企业在线培训管理系统是基于 J2EE框架设计开发的，系统采用 B/
2、S 模式，并采用了三层架构体系。在研究了国内外发展情况的基础上，对系统的功能需求和性能需求做出分析，也从用户角度出发得到了用户用例分析，然后对系统的功能模块做出划分。具体说来，一个企业在线培训管理系统必须具有学习管理、资源库、教学管理、考试管理、信息交流功能、系统管理等功能。从系统的功能需求出发，企业在线培训管理系统采用模块化的方法对系统进行设计和实现。系统功能不仅需要一个合理的设计，除此之外，还必须具有良好的性能。将在最后对系统进行测试，以保证系统能正确流畅的运行，也对系统的安全性能作测试，以查漏补缺的方法对系统进行完善。系统顺利完成了企业培训管理的关键功能，达到了最初的设计需求。相比传统培
