摘要摘要我国中小企业经历了近三十年的发展,已经成为我国国民经济发展中一支重要力量,但随着经济形势和环境的 变化,中小企 业在发展中也出现 了一些严重的问题,例如 资 金问题、信用 问题 、人才匮乏问题等,而这其中人才 匮乏特别是优秀的中层管理人员匮乏对中小企业的发展影响最为突出因此,如何有效地激励中层管理人员,突破传统 的中小企业管理模式,已 经成为中小企 业进行有效人力资源管理的重要研究课题本论文主要研究了非物质激励因素在中小企业进行中层管理人员有效激励中的作用首先通过对现有的激励理 论研究成果进行较为深入地分析,进而指出“非物 质 激励” 的概念及相关理 论 ,随后通 过对中小企业中层管理人 员的特征分析,找到符合中小企业中层管理人 员特点的一些非物质激励做法和手段,并在此基础上,将这些非物质激励的做法手段 进行整合概括,得出中小企业中层管理人员非物质激励的有效途径最后通 过一个案例进一步说明中小企业中层管理人员非物质激励方面存在的问题以及如何进一步改进全文共分七个部分,其中:第一章绪论该部分主要 说明选取 “中小企业中层管理人员非物质激励"这个论题的原因、研究意 义具体内容包括论题的选取背景、论题的理论依据、作者写作思路、研究框架以及论文研究可能的 创新点。
第二章激励理论概述主要介 绍了一般激励理 论和非物质激励理论一般激励理论包括内容型激励理论、过 程型激励理论和行为改造型激励理论等非物质激励理论主要是从九个方面对国内外相关专家学者对非物质激励理论的研究进行较为详细的阐述第三章中小企业中层管理人员的特征分析首先 对中小企业中层管理人员的一般组成结构进行了较为合理的界定,随后在此基 础上,研究了在中小企业中,中层管理人员与其他各类员工相比,自身具有的特殊性,包括其在工作、身份以及其需求等方面的特殊性,最后重点分析了中小企业中层管理人员在中小企业发展过程中的地位以及作用第四章中小企业中层管理人员非物质激励中存在的问题研究该部分主要 中小企业中层管理人员非物质激励研究对目前中小企业中层管理人员非物质激励现状及存在的主要问题进行阐述,主要从文化、职位权力设计、权责不对等、中层管理人员目标管理、培训制度、内部晋升制度和中层管理人员的职业生涯规划激励等六个方面,对中小企业中层管理人员的非物质激励存在的问题进行了较为详细论述和原因分析第五章中小企业中层管理人员非物质激励对策探讨本章主要从非物质激励的层面,从情感激励、工作激励、文化激励和中层管理人员的职业生涯规划激励四个角度阐述了中小企业中层管理人员非物质激励的对策。
