2、工就业对劳动力市场制度的改革及城乡劳动力市场分割等问题尚未解决。本文首先解释城乡劳动力市场一体化基本概况与影响，其次描述我省劳动力市场的现状，再次探讨市场分割理论与城乡劳动力一体化的条件，然后分析城乡劳动力市场出现问题的原因，最后提出统筹城乡劳动力市场一体化的对策研究。在贯穿以上主线的过程中，涉及到人力资本（农民工）流动，市场制度，市场分割等问题对城乡劳动力市场一体化问题进行探讨。关键字：劳动力市场；二元经济结构；户籍制度；就业制度 Study on the integration of urban and rural labor market in GuangdongABSTRACTAlon
