5、。原京沪线两端是中国经济发展最活跃和最具潜力的地区“环渤海”经济圈和“泛长三角经济区，国土面积、人口和国内生产总值分别达到全国的65、267和433，100万人口以上的城市就有11个；整条通道堪称国内客货运输最为繁忙的交通走廊。然而，京沪铁路一直处于超负荷运行和限制型运输状态，运输能力严重不足，远远不能适应沿线地区社会经济发展的需要。但京沪高速铁路建成后，将大大缓解区域运输压力，还能加快要素流通及高新技术的创新；促进交通依赖型产业特别是第三产业的进一步发展；拉动内需，拓宽经济辐射面，甚至重组经济格局等等。因此，研究如何把握高铁机遇，实现区域产业布局的优化和经济的快速发展，具有重要的理论和现实意
6、义。本文的研究思路：首先阐述国内外研究现状，对相关概念进行界定，为后面的研究分析奠定理论基础；其次，结合产业发展和交通经济带等理论，分析沿线区域社会经济特征和产业发展现状，并运用AHP法和多因素综合评估方法评价产业发展环境，为下文的预测提供依据；紧接着，综合上述理论分析和实际数据，引进计量经济学研究工具，进行回归分析和建模，以预测沿线产业未来的空间布局；最后，根据沿线地区存在的问题和可能受到的影响，提出把握高铁机遇的对策和建议。本文主要的研究结论是：京沪高铁的建设对沿线地区的影响程度和范围存在差异。能否把握高铁机遇，获得发展的正面效益，主要取决于各地区自身的基础条件和后天的规划。因此，在京沪高
