3、，大部分是个体出租者。后者约占 40%，大部分是设备制造厂商。随着租赁市场的竞争不断恶化，销售越来越难，厂商以销售为目的租赁份额将越来越大。开滦集团公司作为国有大中型企业，对设备租赁有着广阔的发展前景。开滦集团设备租赁管理系统是集团级煤炭生产企业实现设备管理和运行效率最优化的方法和保障，设备租赁管理系统通过利用成熟的信息处理技术，实时把握企业各种设备的状态，并通过租赁费用的提取，减少生产单位设备的闲置时间，提高设备的使用效率，并通过大量技术参数及历史数据的综合处理，辅助决策人员进行购置和报废等构成的分析决策，从而最优化设备使用的整个过程。以开滦集团设备租赁系统为背景，采用 UML 作为统一的建
4、模语言，对开滦集团设备租赁系统进行分析、设计及实施，采用 Oracle8i 数据库技术进行数据的分析和设计。采用 J2EE 等网络编程语言，对图形控制、图形的显示属性等关键性技术进行了开发技术研究，完成了基于 B/S 架构的设备租赁系统开发工作，使用效果符合用户需要和系统设计的要求。关键字：设备租赁、UML、Oracle8i、J2EE、中国矿业大学（北京）工程硕士专业学位论文AbstractLeasing of construction machinery and equipment share of over 60% of the entire rental industry is the
