1、I摘 要我国建筑业近年来的事故率依然居高不下，建筑安全事故时有发生。要从根本上扭转建筑安全生产管理的被动局面，必须从全新的角度去正视、去研究、去改变严峻的现实。本文以 A（以下简称“公司” ）的材料为背景，研究了建筑施工安全生产中存在的问题。首先，概述了安全生产和安全生产管理的相关含义；其次，较为详细的分析了A 的施工安全生产现状、存在的问题及原因分析；借鉴国内相关经验，并在此基础上提出了相应的解决对策，即改善建筑施工安全生产制度、提高全体人员的安全意识、以及对施工事故的处理，以此来改善 A 目前落后的建筑施工安全生产管理制度，降低建筑施工安全生产事故，以及最大限度的确保建筑施工中人员和财产的
