1、 机车车辆论文:机车车辆转向架构架参数化 CAD 系统研究【中文摘要】铁道车辆转向架是一个在特定环境中运行的机械系统,它具有独特的工程分析方法。而转向架构架则是其中最能充分体现其专用特色的一个主要部分。由于车辆的用途不同、运行条件的差异、制造维修方法的制约和经济效益等具体因素的影响,对转向架构架的性能、结构、参数和采用的材料及工艺等要求就有差异,因而出现了多种型式的转向架构架。各种转向架构架的主要区别在于弹簧悬挂系统的结构与参数、垂向与横向载荷的传递方式、轮对支承方式、轴箱定位方式和制动装置的类型与安装等诸多方面。因此,为进一步提高机车车辆转向架构架研发、设计和制造水平,本文基于数据库技术、模

2、块化技术、参数化技术及高级配合技术,在 Visual C+编程环境和 SolidWorks 软件平台中利用 COM 组件技术开发出机车车辆转向架构架参数化 CAD 系统。它不仅能提高构架的设计质量和设计效率,而且能够提供后续结构设计、强度分析和动力学分析所需的参数与几何实体模型。机车车辆转向架构架是一系列结构形状和功能类似,但结构不同的大型焊接件。对其各个截面尺寸合理的选型是机车车辆转向架构架设计的基础。通过比较材料力学方法、力法原理及有限元方法的优缺点,采用结构力学中的力法原理来进行初步选型设计。通过分析 CAD 在机车车辆行业中的应用现状,本系统选用中端微机三维机械设计软件 SolidWo

3、rks 2007 为操作平台,用Visual C+6.0 开发环境进行二次开发,即进行特征参数化绘图编程 及用户界面设计;用参数驱动法来实现转向架构架侧梁与横梁的参数化设计。围绕 Visual C+的数据库开发和交互式界面开发技术,建立了具有 Windows 操作风格的工具栏、菜单栏和人机交互对话框。同时在系统中增加了很多信息提示和容错机制,这使得本系统操作简便和层次明朗。本文在分析比较了其提供的各种二次开发接口的基础上,结合转向架构架自身特点,以追求高效率和高速度为目标,应用ATL COM 向导模式开发了机车车辆转向架构架插件。根据转向架构架的结构特点,采用局部修正方法调整构架侧梁与横梁基础

4、模型至最终模型,并建立了相应的部件库。通过高级配合技术完成构架侧梁、横梁及构架总装。在完成上述过程后,可输出 Parasolid 格式文件,从而进行后续分析研究。本系统大大减少机车车辆转向架构架的设计周期,提高了产品设计的效率,具有重要的学术价值和工程实际意义。【英文摘要】The bogie of railway vehicle is one mechanical system which running in the specific environment, it has unique engineering analysis. However, the bogie frame is a

5、major part which is one of the most fully emboding the specific characteristics. Because the influence of specific factor, such as the using of vehicles is different、the difference of operating condition、the restriction of manufacture and service、and the economic efficiency and so on. For the bogie

6、frames performance, structure, parameters and the use of materials and processes having different requirements, thus it has led to a variety types of bogie frame. The main difference between various bogie frame is the structure and parameters of spring suspension system、the method of load transfer a

7、long vertical and lateral、the supporting of wheelset、the location of axle-box and the type and fixing of arresting gear and so on. Therefore, for enhancing the research、design and manufacturing standards of bogie frame, this article based on database technology、modular technology、parametric technolo

8、gy and advanced assembly technology, and used COM components technology to developing parametric CAD system of vehicle bogie frame in Visual C+ programming environment and the SolidWorks platform. It not only can improve the design quality and efficiency, but also can provide the model parameters of

9、 structural design、strength analysis and dynamic analysis.Vehicle bogie frame is a series of large-scale weldment with similar shape and function, but which have different structures. The reasonable selection of various sections is a basis of bogie frame design. By comparing the methods of mechanics

10、 of materials、the principle of force method and the finite element method, this article selected the principle of force method of structural mechanics to a preliminary selection of design.Through analyzing the present situation of CAD application in the vehicle, The system used the three-dimensional

11、 mechanical design software SolidWorks 2007 for the operating platform. And used Visual C+6.0 to carry on secondary developtment, namely carried on the characteristic parameters of the graphics programming and user interface design. Used the method of parameter-driven to achieve parametric design of

12、 side beam and the beam of bogie frame. Arounding the Visual C+ database technology and interactive interface technology, the system established toolbar、menu bar and interactive dialog with the Windows operating style. Meanwhile a lot of information tips and fault tolerance added to the system, whic

13、h makes the system easy to operate. This paper based on analyzing and comparing various secondary development interface. With bogie frames character, the system seek high efficiency and high speed as a goal. Using ATL COM Wizard to develop the plug-in of vehicle bogie frame.According to the structur

14、al character of the bogie frame, the system used a local correction method to adjust the side beam and beams of bogie frame to the final model. And the system has built the parts library. Through advanced assembly technology to assemble the side beam、beams and bogie frame. After completing the above

15、 process, the files in Parasolid format can be exported. Thus it conducts the following analytical study. This system can greatly reduce the design cycle of bogie frame and improve the efficiency of product design.
