Pinpoint your goal. “What precisely, do I want to accomplish?”3. Do the work in the order of importance. List the important & urgent jobs, do the urgent first a

Say, “Ill answer the letter before lunch,” instead of, “Ill answer it later.”6. Be decisive and follow with action.7. Say, “NO.” The

5、re is no need to make pointless commitments.8. Keep phone conversation simple, short and to the point.9. Write down ideas and appointments immediately as theyre made.10.
