4、具 有 相 同 的 旋 转 90 度 的 动 作 ， 不 同 的 是 旋 塞 体是 球 体 ， 有 圆 形 通 孔 或 通 道 通 过 其 轴 线 。 球 面 和 通 道 口 的 比 例 应 该 是 这 样 的 ， 即 当球 旋 转 90 度 时 ， 在 进 、 出 口 处 应 全 部 呈 现 球 面 ， 从 而 截 断 流 动 。 球 阀 只 需 要 用 旋转 90 度 的 操 作 和 很 小 的 转 动 力 矩 就 能 关 闭 严 密 。 完 全 平 等 的 阀 体 内 腔 为 介 质 提 供了 阻 力 很 小 、 直 通 的 流 道 。 通 常 认 为 球 阀 最 适 宜 直 接 做 开
5、 闭 使 用 ， 但 近 来 的 发 展 已将 球 阀 设 计 成 使 它 具 有 节 流 和 控 制 流 量 之 用 。 球 阀 的 主 要 特 点 是 本 身 结 构 紧 凑 ， 易于 操 作 和 维 修 ， 适 用 于 水 、 溶 剂 、 酸 和 天 然 气 等 一 般 工 作 介 质 ， 而 且 还 适 用 于 工 作条 件 恶 劣 的 介 质 ， 如 氧 气 、 过 氧 化 氢 、 甲 烷 和 乙 烯 等 。 球 阀 阀 体 可 以 是 整 体 的 ，也 可 以 是 组 合 式 的 。传统球阀的缺点是摩擦大、使用寿命短、密封性能不好。故此次设计的关键问题是要尽量避免产生摩擦，密封要紧
6、，最终达到高效率、高质量、耐用性等要求。该球阀具有启闭磨损小，关闭时可控制流量和启闭省力的优点；由于此次设计的密封阀座选择的是弹性阀座，故克服了普通球阀因密封比压过大而使密封面容易磨损的缺点，延长了球阀的使用寿命。关键词：球阀；密封；磨损小；耐用ABSTRACTIIABSTRACTBall is evolved by the stopcock.
