2、进行检索，可以采用影印、缩印或其它复制手段保存、汇编学位论文。 （保密的学位论文在 年解密后适用本授权书） 论文作者（签名）： 指导教师（签名）： 年 月 日 年 月 日 III 摘 要 我国的 个人 收入分配差距问题 备受 各界的 关注 。 个人 收入分配差距大，不仅会导致我国 有效需求的不足，经济发展受到限制，还会产生社会 的 不稳定因素。可见 ， 既 要保证经济的高速高质发展，又 要 保证实现共同富裕这一大的目标，就必须把 个人 收入分配差距控制在合理的范围内。 我国 城乡间、地区间以及 行业间的个人收入分配差距 问题严重 。 我们对 个人 收入分配问题进行深入研究 ， 是为了使得 个人
3、 收入分配差距逐步缩小，最终实现共同富裕的目标。 我国目前的个人收入分配差距主要表现为城乡间个人收入分配差距、地区间个人收入分配差距、行业间个人收入分配差距。 本文通过建立面板数据模型，对影响我国个人收入分配差距的影响因素进行分析， 我国个人收入分配差距产生的主要原因有地区间城乡经济发展不平衡、收入分体制及秩序存在缺陷、产业结构不合理、社会保障体系不完善及不可控成因。 要想缩小我国的个人收入分配差距，就必须加快农村的发展，提高落后地 区的城市化水平；改进体制政策，优化政府财政支出 ; 平衡地区间投资 ， 调整产业结构 ；完善居民的社会保障，提高教育水平。 本文第一部分 研究了 个人 收入分配差
4、距这一问题的选题背景 、 选题意义 以及对 国内外研究现状进行了总结。第二部分 研究 了 个人 收入分配差距的基本内涵、 个人 收入分配差距的基本指标 以及 个人 收入分配差距 的基本理论。第三部分 研究 了我国目前的 个人 收入分配差距的现状以及影响。第四部分 研究了 我国 个人 收入分配差距问题的主要成因 。通过建立面板数据模型，分析各省、自治区、直辖市 表示 收入分配差距的各种数据，指出产生 个人 收入分配差 距的主要影响因素。第五部分根据计量经济模型得出的结果，并结合国外缩小 个人 收入分配差距的成功经验， 提 出符合我国国情的缩小 个人 收入分配差距的政策建议 。 关键词 ：收入分配

The enlargement of the gap has influenced economic development and also concerns national interest and peoples livelihood. At the present stage of our country, income distribution gap is ext
6、ending. Nevertheless the enlargement of income distribution gap brings a series of adverse impact. Therefore, promote the reformation of income distribution system, build economic growth mode of reducing income distribution gap and make economic growth improve distribution mode. Moreover, it can be
7、seen from the founded panel data that investment level, urbanization level, fiscal expenditure, educational status and GNP of each province have obvious effect on economic growth. The primary reasons of the income distribution gap is the imbalance of the regional economic development、 defects of the
8、 income distribution system、 the industrial structure is not reasonable、 social security is not perfect and so on. To narrow the gap of income distribution in China, we must to accelerate rural development、 improved the system of policy、 balancing the regional investment、 improve social security and
9、 the level of education. The first part of this passage explains the background and meaning of the selection of the title-income personal distribution gap and concludes the research both at home and abroad. The second part analyzes the basic content, target and theory of personal income distribution
10、 gap. The third part introduces the reason and effect of personal income distribution gap of our country at present stage. The fourth part analyzes various data of personal income distribution gap of each province by founding panel data and points out the main factors leading to the gap. The fifth p
11、art concludes suggestions of reducing personal income distribution gap which fit the conditions of our country by the result of econometric model and the experience of foreign counties on reducing the gap to make personal income distribution mode promote the economic growth and eventually achieve co
