1、 目的： 本课题拟从 临床 观察尺胫针干预 原发性痛经的疗效 ，为今后广泛应用该疗法提供可靠的临床资料。 方法： 本课题采用盲法随机分组，平行对照的临床试验原则， 在 陕西中医学院及陕西科技大学 进行， 均诊断为 PD 的患者，分为 尺胫针组、温针灸组和 尺胫针加温针灸组（ 结合 组 ，下同）三组，三组患者比例为 1： 1： 1，每组各 36 例 ， 于第一个月经周期痛经第一天开始治疗， 1 日 1 次，连续治疗 3 次为一个疗程，连续 治疗 三 个月经周期 。 结果： 1.三组患者 临床疗效 经统计学分析， 三组总有效率有差异（ P0.05），说明改善疼痛时三种方法疗效相当，但尺胫针操作简便
